Standard Cleaning Include

and taking out trash.
Deep Cleaning
Residential deep cleaning includes:
All items within standard cleaning: making bed,
dusting/wiping all surfaces,
sweep, mop, and or vacuuming, cleaning dishes,
wiping top of stove,
wiping microwave,
outside of fridge,
cleaning one bathroom
and taking out trash.
In addition wiping walls (up to maids height),
wipe baseboards,
clean inside of oven and fridge,
wipe inside of cabinets in kitchen.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
Expectation of move-in and move-out cleaning is that there is no furniture in the home. Please contact for pricing. Pricing varies on client desires for level of cleaning. Standard or Deep

Commercial cleaning are specialized cleanings that require walk - throughs, videos and photos. Prices varies on square footage and details of services needs.

Standard office cleaning include:
Clean & sanitize phones & workstations
Clean surfaces, handles and doorknobs
Wipe light switches and door frames
Vacuum or sweep/mop floors
Empty waste and recycling bins, & cleaning and disinfecting
Dusting and wiping computer monitors and keyboards

Steam Cleaning
Steaming cleaning includes cleaning grout or bathrooms and it is priced per square foot size room. It adds an additional hour or more to cleaning time.
